"Fees were easy to understand"
Nice. One thing I appreciated about richieinvest.com is that the fees were laid out clearly. I didn’t feel like I had to click around forever or guess what I might be charged.
The layout was simple enough to follow, and the costs made sense before I moved forward. Honestly. Hidden fees are one of those things that really bother me, so that stood out in a good way.

So far, I haven’t had any weird surprises with charges. Great. That’s a big reason I’m comfortable giving it 5 stars.

I reached out to support while I was in the middle of trying to get a few things done before lunch, and they actually replied way faster than I expected. They helped me sort it out quickly, which was nice because I didn’t want to spend my whole afternoon dealing with it.

"Straight risk warning, which I appreciated"
I’m just going off the risk disclosure on richieinvest.com, but it was easy to follow. I’m kind of tired of every service making things sound effortless or guaranteed, so it was nice that they didn’t act like investing is risk-free. They were clear about the possibility of losses and that you should actually understand what you’re doing before putting money in.

"Same lack of info, same uneasy feeling"
I tried looking into the platform, but once again there just wasn’t enough clear info to make me feel comfortable. I’m tired of running into this kind of thing. If I can’t quickly figure out who’s behind it or how it works, I’m not going to trust it with my info or money.

"Took forever and I still don't trust the support"
I reached out to support and, to be fair, they did reply, but it dragged on for days and my issue still wasn’t completely fixed. It felt like they were just saying enough to keep me waiting rather than actually sorting it out. After this, I’m not too confident customer service would be much help if something goes wrong again.
